Discussion & Desired Outcomes:  Deeper understanding of how to use the Ventura River In-stream Flow Enhancement (VRIF) & Water Resilience Toolkit, build partnerships, lessons learned, and accelerating  funding/implementation pathways.

What is Localizing California Waters: 

In 2019 we hosted the Central Coast community with high quality speakers, case studies and workshops.  This year, we're focusing on activating the Ventura River Instream Flow Toolkit Catalog for a closer look at how we move forward on tools that can help us accelerate response to drought, fire, extreme heat, habitat loss, flooding impacts and community health.
